Who we are
HarborQuay is a caregiver coordination app designed to help families manage the care of a loved one. We take your privacy seriously — particularly given the sensitive nature of health and caregiving information.
HarborQuay is operated by HarborQuay, LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (PO Box 142, Quemado, NM).
What information we collect
- Account information: Your name and email address when you create an account.
- Care recipient information: Details you enter about the person you are caring for, including their name, care notes, appointments, medications, and mood logs.
- Usage data: Basic information about how the app is used, such as pages visited and features used, to help us improve the service.
How we use your information
- To provide and operate the HarborQuay service
- To allow you to share care information with family members you invite
- To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset)
- To improve the app based on how it is used
Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Your care circle: Members you invite can see the care information for your shared care recipient.
- Service providers: We use Supabase for data storage and authentication, Resend for email delivery, and Stripe for payment processing. Each is bound by their own privacy policies.
- Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to care data is restricted to members of the care circle you create.
Your rights and choices
- You can update your account information at any time from your profile settings.
- You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
- You can export your care data by contacting support.
