Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using HarborQuay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who operates HarborQuay

HarborQuay is operated by HarborQuay, LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (PO Box 142, Quemado, NM). These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.

What HarborQuay is

HarborQuay is a coordination and communication tool for family caregivers. It helps you log notes, track appointments, and share information with your care circle. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Not medical advice

Nothing in HarborQuay constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. Do not use HarborQuay as a substitute for professional medical care.

Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use HarborQuay for any unlawful purpose
• Share another person's private health information without their consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

Subscription and billing

HarborQuay offers a free tier and a paid Harbor Family plan. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Limitation of liability

HarborQuay is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uptime or data retention. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HarborQuay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of HarborQuay after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
